A new adventure awaits.

Life it is an interesting journey. We never quite know where it leads us or what adventures it takes on. However when you serve the Creator of all things who knows the beginning and the end of every life it makes the journey very intriguing. I have found myself on a journey that has been just that. I can't help it but to go where he leads my heart to. There is just a dissatisfaction when I don't go where my heart longs. So for all who are wondering where that adventure, journey, excursion, travels will led me to next I will tell you.

At the beginning of this year I had the pleasure to go to Kona, Hawaii where I did the Fire and Fragrance Discipleship Training School with University of the Nation YWAM (youth with a mission). There I did a three month long intensive training school where we sat and learned from many great leaders of the faith. They taught us countless truths, stretched us, challenged us to know the Word of God for ourselves, and stirred within us a hunger and desire to go into the world and to bring the gospel to the lost. It was an amazing three months and I learned so much from it. I would never trade that experience for the WORLD. After those first three months we were sent out! God so blessed me with the opportunity to go to France and Amsterdam.  You may not think this at all but Europe truly is one of the hardest and darkest place to reach in this day. Honestly people there see no need for God or think much that he really exists. However, we did see people come to know Him and the conversations were radical that you knew that they would never question if God was real or not. We got to build a relationship with some of the most discrminated people groups in Europe Gypsie. Those were some of my favorite times was to be with that family. We also got to walk threw the Red Light District of Amsterdam and pray in worship the Lord in the House of Prayer there. I can say I have never felt the peace of God like I did in that place and I found it to be so interesting because of all the chaos that surrounds it did not shake the peace of God in that building! My outreach recked my life and created a desire for me even more to go out and to love the world for Jesus.

Fire and Fragrance has really grabbed the hearts of many YWAM bases and other places as well that the school leaders have been asked if they had staff to bring in so that they could start a Fire and Fragrance DTS in their YWAM bases as well. So the leaders of Fire and Fragrance have started a one year leadership track to raise up leaders who have a desire to bring the movement of Prayer and Worship coupled with mission works to other bases. My heart started to burn as I was one day presented this opportunity in class during my DTS. I knew that this was what I was created for. This was what God made me for. To be a part of raising up radical people who would change the world. Especially where people learn to be at his feet daily and that is where they would move out of to serve, seek, and save the lost. Its not a movement of turn or burn its a true movement of the heart. Where we are longing to see the true conversion of people and disciple them so they are not just saved but have a relationship with Christ.  So with that burning in my heart I signed up!! I get more and more excited as I think about the things God is going to do with this.

Yet again I am packing my bags and leaving October 3rd to start this journey. Throughout the year I will spend the first three months serving the YWAM campus and preparing for the January Fire and Frangrance DTS. Then from January to March staffing the DTS, and building a relationship the students. Then we will be sent out for the next three months to do our outreach. After that I will continue on serving the YWAM campus in Kona and helping out with other school till next October. Since I know I will be going threw some life changing moments I don't know what the next year will look like but that is why I started my blog so I can keep you all up to date with that. With this I am also asking people to pray for me on this journey to partner along side with me in prayer. I am also looking for supporters. We will be kept pretty busy which makes it hard for us to have a jobs. My cost for the entire year will cost 7,200 and we are asked to get up to 600 a month. This helps cover my staff fees and my food and board, along with insurance. So I am asking you to pray about it and see if you feel led to be one of my supporters. I have thought about and come up with some ideas of ways you can help! If I could have 30 people partner with me in 20 dollars a month it would cover my costs, or if I had ten people to partner in with 60 dollars a month that could cover my costs as well, even if you would like to give a one time gift that is amazing as well. I have been able to work but have not been able to save enough for living expenses. So please pray about it and see where the Lord leads you. I know and I see the times we are in the economy is not so great but we serve a great God who is bigger and knows the needs of yours and mine. I can atest to people not having any money to having everything they needed paid for in our DTS class. So I know we serve a big God who cares about me and defiantly cares about you and your needs.
